I have recently started the Michael Mosley blood sugar diet.
Has anyone meal prepped lunch and supper advance for a whole week?
I'm coming home around 7pm from work, so hungry and some of the meals take a little bit more time, but are well worth it as they are delicious.
I don't want to fail, I have 5stone to lose.. I'm hoping a bit of prepping might make a huge difference.
Any advice?
