I'm going to post my weight most days as a personal motivation. Just my weight, whether it's a loss or gain. Not really a thread for recipes, lists of daily food or chat, but feel free to add your weight if you want to. Happy to go it alone.

14.3 today. Bit gutted really, it was 14.2 on Thursday so I was quite pleased Confused must be a pre-period week.
