I get stiff from sitting down too long, look and feel tired with terrible skin.
I need to lose three stone. I’m in my 40’s. Is there any hope for me? 😭

What are your eating issues? What do you binge on?

I just seem to be constantly eating Blush it doesn’t seem to matter what it is, I just feel like eating all day long.

I’m fed up with it now but I can’t seem to stop.

There's hope. I'm also in my 40s and interval fasting (16:8 or 18:6) has been a game changer.

You can do it!
I’m mid 40’s.
I’ve lost 2 stone. I look and feel much better than I used to.
I count and log every calorie and I no longer snack all day because I don’t feel the need to. However I noticed the other day that after a ‘treat’ domino’s I spent 2 days craving carbs, chocolate & crisps.
My usual eating is naturally lower in carbs so I don’t crave them as much but as soon as I eat high fat& high carbs it’s all I can think about!
Increase your healthy protein & lower your carbs & you will notice your snacking reduces. Good luck!
