Can it be done ? I want to lose a couple of stone but finding it hard , thinking of rejoining SW , am I too old to lose weight now?

You are definitely not too old. I have seen people do it at SW and ww's. However I don't think their plans are the best as we age. I think seeing a dietician would be a better bet. (Wish I would listen to my own advice!!)

I'm 59 and I lost 3.5 stone last year. Admittedly I put a bit back on over lockdown but my gym has reopened this week so I'm hoping to get back on track.

Ideally I'd like to lose another 3.
