As of this morning

Meaning I've officially lost a whole stone in 7 weeks

Feeling really positive about it now. Not getting much cravings, allowing myself one night to have a meal out/get a takeaway and a few glasses of wine but that's it

@HerNameWasEliza I did it through calorie counting, no more than 1200 per day! Also doing a bit of strength training but not heaps- haven't managed to do any in a week or so but not beating myself up over it
