I'm massively dependent on sugar. Love sweet treats, refined carbs and alcohol until recently. Ditching the booze was the first step. I drank lemonade at first and now sparkling water.
Today I've been sugar free so far except:
Breakfast--White toast (1 slice) with butter, 3 egg yolks, small portion beans.
Lunch- salad with ham, celery, cucumber, green beans, rocket
Dinner-- pasta in veg sauce.
