I've been asked if I'm pregnant three times...

In the last few months. I'm not!

I'm 5ft 6, and about 10 stone 7, which is the heaviest I've ever been when I've not been pregnant (got DD2).

I don't feel particularly comfortable, tops of my thighs are starting to rub together and I do have a pot belly Grin my legs are covered in cellulite and I just don't feel great!

I need to lose at least a stone to get back a comfortable weight, maybe even a little more.

Just wondered if there's anyone else trying to lose a bit with a mixture of cutting down/healthy eating and upping the exercise? It's hard right now as we're in the middle of renovating a house which is stressful and I'm eating at strange times, but I need to start before it creeps up even more.

I did the 30 day challenges once and found that really good. I did the ab, bum and press-up challenge all together. I couldn't believe I could go from struggling with 10 sit ups to knocking out over 100 without difficulty in just a few weeks so it was quite fun in that way.

Only problem I had with that was that obviously as the reps go up each day the time it took each day kept increasing and in the end was taking nearly an hour to get through it all.

Alternatively make your own challenge and channel Mohammed Ali and only count the ones which hurt!
