Period has stopped

Hello! I’ve been on a calorie controlled diet since early May and have not had a period the entire time.. :/ wondering if I should be worried? I am on the implant so it wasn’t the most regular anyway but it was still there definitely! I’m 27, 5 foot 5- starting weight was 9 st10 and I’m currently at around 8st9. I’ve been eating really healthily throughout, cut out no food groups and eating tonnes of veggies, fats, carbs , proteins etc, (although I’ve never taken vitamin supplements so I suppose I may be missing something there!) still having treats when I feel like it, I’m just making sure to log everything (first 2 weeks my calorie intake was a bit low, on average 1000 and low carb but I hit my protein and fat goals set out by my fitness pal, but then I increased calories to around 1300, then 1400, 1500, 1600, 1700, 1800- not exactly the same amount each day as I’d consume more at weekends for example but these were my averages ) I increased even more this month in an attempt to regain period but it hasn’t happened yet. This week I’ve been eating about 2400 cals a day (on a diet break). I’m fairly active and do lots of walking so according to my Fitbit I normally burn 2100- 2600 cals a day . Resting heart rate has gone down a lot too (down to 45 when I was doing lots of running but now it’s 50 I’ve kind of stopped the running)
I would like to lose a bit more (initial goal was 8st) but for once I’m happy with my body and I feel like I have a really good relationship with food for the first time in my life (I struggled with bulimia in late teens and have been an emotional/stress eater for all my twenties) so I’m happy to just maintain if this is how my body is naturally supposed to be..

I just don’t understand why my period has stopped as I’m nowhere near underweight (BMI is 20.1) has anyone else experienced this and managed to regain while not putting weight back on? I know often anorexia sufferers end up losing their periods but like I said I haven’t restricted in an unhealthy way I don’t think (expect perhaps for those first two weeks) and I’m not underweight! Any general advice would be appreciated! Or any advice on vitamin supplements that may help! Thank you in advance!!

Ohh also I was doing intermittent fasting for about 3 months (stopped now) where I only ate 12pm-8pm but did have a cappuccino in the morning so it wasn’t super strict!

Hate to state the obvious but despite having the implant, have you taken a pregnancy test?

No I haven’t! But surely if I was pregnant I wouldn’t still be losing 1/2- 1 pound a week? :s but yes maybe I should check 😆
