I want to give my weight loss a quick boost - what's best for 3-5 days intense dieting, alongside healthy eating? Thinking Keto? HFLC? Something else?

Hi ... I'd love your advice....I want to lose some weight FAST.

I'm a yo-yo dieter in my late 50s who fluctuates by 2-4 stone from my healthy BMI (23.5, which suits me) and up..... I've lost weight with calorie counting and then more successfully with Dukan and then SIRT.

I love 16:8 eating and do this 5-6 days a week and am currently eating a relatively low calorie mediterranean/Sirt diet focussed on lean protein, vegetables, berries, yogurt, dark chocolate and Sort Muesli. On this I'm losing a pound or two a week and I would like to give it a quick boost.

If I'd like an intense 3-5 day diet where I don't feel awful, am I asking for the moon? Which would you try?

I've not done Keto but the low carb, high fat appeals for just a few days - would it deliver rapid weight loss or does it take longer to work?

Otherwise I guess I'm looking at intense SIRT or the Dukan pure protein days which I've done in the past .. but I'm keen to try something else.

Any thoughts?

Oh... and afterwards I would go back to my current diet, losing a pound or two a week ... I'm in the overweight category at the mo, and am keen to lose those extra couple of stone, especially with Covid in the wings. And alongside this I do a fair bit of exercise - 10,000-15,000 steps a day including dancing and walking
