Yes :)
Been researching shakes and 16:8 and 5:2. Am am so confused. Did 16:8 earlier in lockdown and lost weight but then I had really bad periods and stopped exercising and ate what I felt. Debating whether to do 16:8 or try 5:2? Or just eat sensibly 7 days a week !!
@sadiespirals what's your motivation? What habitat do you think will help? I find left to myself I am actually ok but everything for my extended family revolves around food and they always knock me off track.

Yes! Earlier in lock down I lost 7lb in 2 week then put I back on 🤣 would like to lose at least a stone in the next few months. Would love to lose a stone and a half by Xmas!

Can I join in? I started last Monday, I'm doing 1200 calories a day, tracking with myfitnesspal (would like to lose 3 stone from a start of 12st 1lb). I've lost 7lb so far Grin

I've struggled during lockdown as I tend to get bored and eat. I'm going on holiday in 2 weeks time and have been on the shake diet for the last 2 weeks (low fat yoghurt for breakfast, shake for lunch, fruit and nuts as snacks then a healthy meal for teatime) which seems to be working albeit with strange side effects. I've cut out crisps, chocolate and the unhealthy stuff I was snacking on and on Saturday I managed to get into a pair of shorts comfortably which I was unable to fasten 3 weeks ago. I don't want to loose too much but its a struggle with working full time then having no energy to do any exercise when I get home. Good luck everyone
