I'd like to kick start some weight loss and considering taking weight loss shakes. Which ones would you recommend?

Honestly? None of them. They don’t work and the failure rate where people give up and regain all the weight and often more is over 90%. If you want to improve your health you need a new and sustainable way of eating where you don’t feel deprived and can keep eating like that for the rest of your life. Shakes can also have a bad effect on your metabolism and can make future weight loss harder. You also don’t need to kick-start anything or shock your body or whatever. You will lose weight steadily if you adopt a healthy lifestyle and you will save money. If you don’t feel that you can do a healthy diet at this point, how will you be able to maintain your weight once you lose it?

The only one that tastes good to me is Slimfast Chunky Chocolate. It's premade and a 6-pack is usually around £8.
