IV worked out mine is 2200, I have my fitness Pal ready. What should I set it too to lose weight? IV half a stone to lose.

So you need a calorie deficit of 3500 to lose 1 lb, which is about -500 daily of your TDEE.

I am personally a massive fan of this method, it just works no messing around.

Oh and in general (with the exception of marathons etc!), don't eat back your exercise calories. They're usually massively overestimated.
