My LO is now just over 6 months and I'm a stone heavier than 'normal'. He was over 10lbs and I was 15 stone at full term! I lost a lot of weight pretty quickly but some hung around as I breastfed for 5 months. I'm only doing one night bf now; boobs have deflated significantly but no more weight appears to have come off. I'm 37, tall and a large build and don't expect to be skinny but I would like to get back into all my old clothes.

My question is - what is realistic for my age and situation? I don't do diets and don't have time to exercise really, although my job's quite active. Should I just accept that I'm now 'soft round the edges' (mum's phrase!) or not?
