I was overweight prior to this pregnancy (my second), 22 weeks now and have gained 3kg.
I'm trying to not gain too much more, my appetite has ramped up though so I'm starting to meal plan so I know I have healthy, filling foods to eat. Anyone like to join me? Tomorrow I will eat;
Breakfast; 30g porridge made with ss milk
Snack; an apple
Lunch; 2 oatcakes with cheese & carrot sticks with hummus
Snack; 20 cashew nuts
Dinner; roast chicken breast & savoury rice
