Walking Weight Loss Success

Hi,

I wanted to post my weight loss success (yayyy!) as have struggled with the 3+ stone weight gain in pregnancy & how it wasn't shifting quickly (1 pound a month weight loss Shock). Really struggled with how it didn't just drop off.

So this might not be possible for working mamas but I've dropped down to a bit slimmer than before by ... just briskly walking a lot. Like 2 or 3 big walks / time outside of 3+ hours or all day plus going outside every day, walking to local shops, not driving, walking to town etc...seemed to lose quite a bit when my car broke down & was without transport for one month.

Anyway even the wobbly mum tum is at least much reduced & can do up size 10 or 12 trousers without an elastic band.

Hope I'm not winding people up but thought I would share what's worked and it was no fancy thing, just lots of pounding the concrete with toddler in buggy or walking with me & we only started doing that to stay sane during lockdown (when we were allowed out longer).
