Belly fat

I have recently noticed a lot of fat gathering above my belly button, below my boobs.

It's like I can suck my lower belly in but this big lump of fat remains above the belly button.

I have gained weight, at least half a stone, in lock down. And over the last 2 years I've gained 2 stone in total.

I'm tall ish and still a healthy weight for my height (but not if I gain much more)

I'm currently pregnant (only 16 weeks so no reason for a bump yet) so I'm not sure how far I'm allowed to cut calories and I can't take up any strenuous exercise suddenly.

Is this belly fat something bad and what can I do?

I had this whilst pregnant. Don't worry. You should be gaining some weight whilst pregnant. You can lose it afterwards. Just try and eat healthy for the baby at the moment would my advice.
