I'm stuck! What helped you get going again?
I started seriously trying to lose weight about 4 years ago, and I'm 15 kilos lighter than I was then (ups and downs but the trend is slowly down).
Boy am I stuck now though. I want to lose another 12 kilos but 4 would be a good start - I've been gaining and losing thr same 2kg forever. Ideas to reengage? I use myfitnesspal.
