I have come to the realisation that it is definitely my wine intake that has taken me to 12.5 stone over lockdown. I eat well, loads of vegetables. However I do need to cut down on my carb intake, the size of pasta portions etc. Dog walk daily, power walks and some yoga, so not inactive but should really try to do more cardio or weights. But I really think its giving up my 2/3 glasses of red daily that may help to make a difference. Anyone got any experience of just how much weight can be lost by just giving up Alc? I'm on a sober day 2
