If you gained 3 stone in pregnancy, how long did it take you to lose it after birth?

Hiya - I didn't want to leave your post unanswered, but I think it's a bit of a "how long is a piece of string" question.

Some people will have breastfed, others not

Some will have started actively trying to lose weight soon after giving birth, others will have taken a softer approach

If the weight gain was 8 stone -> 11 stone, that's very different to 15 stone -> 18 stone, etc
