We officially have a wedding date that is exactly 6 weeks away (soooo excited!!). I'd love to look my best for the pictures so I'm starting a strict diet/workout regime. I'm not entirely sure if losing a stone in this time is realistic but anything is better than nothing! Main goal is to lose weight, tone up my arms, legs and belly as well as losing a few inches off my waist. My initial plan is:
- Intermittent fasting (16:8)
- Cardio/HIIT 4 times a week and toning exercises 2 times a week
- cut down on my sugar, salt and carb intake
- drink 2L of water every day
Is there anything else I can do to maximise my results that maybe worked for you or for someone you know?
