I'm motivating myself by making a mental list of the good things to look forward to when I have lost weight. As well as the usual 'being healthier' and 'looking good in nice clothes' I am especially looking forward to not having to hold back my stomach whilst attempting to tend to my bikini line
. I'm imagining myself as a svelte gazelle who can bend and move without bits of body getting in the way.
