Obviously when it's hot in summer and we're wearing more revealing clothing, it's easier to feel 'fatter' but, counter to usual trends, I always tend to be at my lowest weight in autumn/winter.
In the few times I've successfully lost weight I've always been at my lowest weight in the winter time.
Anyone else experience this? I don't know whether it's increased water retention, a coincidence, psychological, but I always seem to weigh more in summer
It's annoying though as weight gain is a bit easier to hide in winter
