Anyone else weigh more in summer?

Obviously when it's hot in summer and we're wearing more revealing clothing, it's easier to feel 'fatter' but, counter to usual trends, I always tend to be at my lowest weight in autumn/winter.

In the few times I've successfully lost weight I've always been at my lowest weight in the winter time.

Anyone else experience this? I don't know whether it's increased water retention, a coincidence, psychological, but I always seem to weigh more in summer Confused It's annoying though as weight gain is a bit easier to hide in winter Blush

Yes, I think it’s fluid with me, I feel waterlogged constantly in the warmer weather 🧐

I'm very similar. I'm also randomly up a couple of pounds at the moment but I've been sticking to plan. I hope it's the current heat?

If I go off plan I can also pile it on in the summer much easier than in the winter. I often wondered if it's to do with being colder in the winter (I get seriously freezing in winter time, even when indoors) but I'd imagine the calorie difference there is probably negligible.
