I really need to get back to Loving the Lettuce. And I don't mean inside a foot-long baguette.
I find low fat dressings and mayo rather insipid, and I am not a lover of plain salad. But I'm a grown up and realise I cannot always have exactly what I want. I need to eat more HEALTHY salads.
My new exercise machine/torture device has been delivered this morning and I shall be doing a healthy new me shop later.
