I've lost a couple of stone so far this year and aim to lose a third. Everything is going well but I have become rather top heavy. Admittedly my lower half was always better toned even when I was at my heaviest as I cycle, but it is really noticeable now. This time last year I was a generous size 14, 16 in some clothing brands, all over. Now my size 12 trousers are quite literally falling off, but I am still easily a 14 in tops. I do have biggish boobs, but I still have fat on my back, even though my legs are quite well toned and stomach is much flatter than it was.
Anyone got any ideas what, if anything, I can do to shift weight off my top half? I'm post menopausal if that alters anything - could this be some kind of hormonal effect??
