Healthy BMI

So if you fall within the healthy BMI and are maintaining how did you decide where to settle within that range? Eg. Did you go for the higher healthy range so you could eat more or did you go for the lower range because you wanted to get into old clothes. Interested in all the many different reasons. Thanks.

I go with where I feel comfortable. I hate tight clothes so try to stick at the lower end. When I creep up, it is because of what I have eaten and I feel bloated and lethargic. I usually find 4 days of strict eating brings me back to my ‘good place’.

Regardless of where you set your desired level, low, middle or high, you have to eat pretty much the same the same amount to stay there.

I stick to the lower end.
