Dragged my ass out of bed and did an hours walk before hotel brekkie. I think my plans to return to 1668 was a bit ambitious, diner lunch put paid to that! But nearly 13,000 so that’s something. I’m wrecked

My steps are low. I did Pilates this morning and yesterday though.

You've got good steps not, hotel breakfasts are the best!

Not2bObvious · 23/07/2020 16:52

Oh they are, not as much opportunity for gluttony with CV19 changes but still managed to fill my boots 😋

Ending on 1205 (hopefully!) was less but dropped dd at a friends and stayed for a glass of wine, dh knew as soon as I got home, my cheeks go red after one sip HmmBlush

lifelongfrugaleer · 23/07/2020 19:39

10800 steps but my back is knackered from lifting boxes

ememem84 · 23/07/2020 22:49

Anniversary today. 9 years married.

Dh and I went for dinner. Chilli beef woth noodles, steak and chippies, lemon tart, two g&t and a bottle of red shared.

I’m not even going to bother mfp today! 😂

Not2bObvious · 24/07/2020 07:35

Happy anniversary em, sounds delicious.
Nearly wasn’t going to weigh, hold off til tomorrow but since I wasn’t going to record it why not. Up from 161.2 on Tuesday to 164.4, around 1lb a day on. I’ve had my fun so now back to normal. Should have to back down by next Friday.

Happy anniversary em that meal sounds delicious

Pleased you're having a good time not

0.2 down. Today is food shop day aka treat day. Lidl bakery here I come

Not2bObvious · 24/07/2020 07:53

I’m like a weirdo at the lidl bakery, I sort of hover and salivate😂 The fact they publish their nutritional information is brilliant, can be v hard to calorie count baked goods.
Working on planning my shopping as the cupboards are practically bare, working as well today so that’ll make for a busy day and have to ferry kids to/from activity. It’ll be good for keeping my mind off eating

Been on plan all week even though I made chocolate and rolo cookies and hm bread and 3 different types of jam. I tried a corner of a cookie just to know (new recipe) but then stopped. This dieting is hard but I have a lot to lose, Covid doesn’t like fatties and I have so many nice too-small clothes, I am feeling fairly motivated. Making the most of it while it lasts!

Weigh day tomorrow. I’m hoping today’s haircut will help Wink

lifelongfrugaleer · 24/07/2020 12:10

Garmin is down so can't see my average. Or input steps

Not2bObvious · 24/07/2020 12:50

Are you still following the plan from your gym life?
Great work on resisting the nibbles sea, a nice wardrobe and avoiding potentially deadly disease great incentives😉

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 24/07/2020 15:15

In theory yes not I am. In practice no I'm not

Not2bObvious · 24/07/2020 15:59

Fair enough, you’re getting results whatever you’re doing.
Just finished a protein shake, hopefully it’ll keep me going til dinner

OP posts:
WreckTangled · 24/07/2020 16:01

My treat day turned into a binge day. Ah well. It's just reminded me that it's not worth the biscuits, they tempt me when I see them in the shop but really I don't enjoy them enough to justify eating them.

Not2bObvious · 24/07/2020 17:18

Just track it wreck, it’s probably not as bad as you think - it evens out over the week I sometimes find.
In shite form, got a knock back for a job application. Maybe it was a good thing, bloody application form took me hours to complete. Just disappointed

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 24/07/2020 18:19

Sorry to hear that not.
It's working in a fashion though as Garmin apparently had a cyber attack need another tracker site

IKWYM wreck. So tantalising but so not worth it

Not2bObvious · 24/07/2020 20:43

I have 49 calories left😩

OP posts:
WreckTangled · 24/07/2020 20:45

I'm just writing off today and starting again tomorrow. Tracking will just depress me and isn't worth it. Onwards and upwards (plus I had a really good week so I don't feel too bad about it). I'm going to do a full ok work out tomorrow too so I'll feel better about it after that I'm sure.

lifelongfrugaleer · 24/07/2020 21:19

Me too wreck. Multiple crisps, chocolate bicycles, m&m chocolate, chipper tea.

Tomorrow

WreckTangled · 24/07/2020 21:38

Ponders if this is life HmmGrin

lifelongfrugaleer · 24/07/2020 21:41

Haha no it's not me but I wish... Mmmm chocolate

ememem84 · 24/07/2020 22:03

Reasonable day today. But no exercise. Tested as much as I could as exhausted. Haven’t tracked anything yet. Nowhere near my12000 steps.

Not2bObvious · 24/07/2020 22:22

Reasonable here too but only 9,000 steps, oh well could have been worse. 2 days out of 5 within calorie limit
Be interesting to see if there’s any drop tomorrow in weight 🤔

OP posts:
WreckTangled · 25/07/2020 07:35

I'm not weighing today I know it'll only annoy me. I'm going to do a fbw today and eat well plus plenty of water.
