Accountability thread - Heather Robertson 12 week exercise, 15 pounds to lose

My weight has slowly crept up since having my second child. After my first child I was 129lbs then at 135lbs for a long time now my second child is 2.5yrs old and I weighed myself this morning and I’m 154.8lbs. A good 5-6lbs of that is lockdown gain as I do nowhere near my old daily footsteps of 10-15,000 which was from dropping kids and getting to work/meetings. Some days I haven’t left the house if it’s not my day to take the kids out and we’ve all been eating lunch together so I’ve been eating more. I feel if I don’t get a grip now suddenly I’ll wake up and be 160lbs, then 165 and so on. I used to eat whatever I liked and do a few gym workouts and stay slim, sadly that’s no longer the case.
So I’m posting here for accountability!
I’m doing the Heather Robertson 12 weeks of workouts on Youtube (5 days a week) as I love HIIT plus hope to squeeze a run in too. Aiming for 1200 calories a day during the week - I’m not fussed about breakfast so will cut that out easily and have my first meal at 1pm, a snack before exercising around 6pm and dinner at 8pm. No booze during the week.

Current weight : 154.8lbs
Bust: 37inches
Waist: 29inches
Hips: 41inches

I'm doing the 12 week you tube videos too. Just about to finish week 5 tomorrow. I love how she doesn't speak. No enthusiasm or encouragement help me much more! Hoping I can stick with it for 7 more weeks.

Lunch 1pm: crackers, cheese, tomatoes, dips, an apple
Snack: one rice cake with PB
Dinner: veggie stew with feta, yoghurt and compote

Positives today - no headache for the first time and didn’t have such strong hunger pangs late afternoon. Negatives, legs felt tired and heavy during the workout.
152.4lbs today, down 2.4lbs. Ate very well at slightly over 1200 calories.

Little update (too lazy to update everyday it seems!): 150.4 lbs today which is a loss of 4.4lbs since I started on the 22nd June. Pleased with that. I’m sticking to 1200 cals a day and find that’s ok for now - headaches have gone more or less. I don’t eat till 1pm and think I eat a lot, yesterday I had half a rib of beans on toast for lunch with grated cheese, cherries and an apple. Corn cake and peanut butter for a snack at 5 and dinner at 8.30 which was a beetroot spinach salad with goats cheese and some lovely bread. And an ice lolly!
