Is anyone doing/has done Paul McKenna technique?

I found lots of old threads on a google search but nothing recent... I'm using his book 'I can make you thin' and the app and am finding it incredibly effective!

It's anti-diet, anti-scales, intuitive eating really in the same vein as Susie Orbach - just eat when you're hungry, stop when you're full, eat what you're hungry for.

It sounds ridiculously simple but it's working for me - I've dropped a dress size in a few weeks and am eating really small portions without making any effort at all, feel compelled to exercise etc.

I've done intuitive/mindful eating before but nothing's been quite as powerful as this... was never a fan of him or hypnosis before but it is quite amazing (promise this isn't an ad!!). Grin

Anyone else trying this or have tried before?

Just bumping this - perhaps PM has fallen very much out of favour since 2010ish?
