So the (quite basic) weight diary app on my phone has some weird BMI catergories:
Severe thinness, moderate thinness, mild thinness, normal weight, overweight, obese class 1, obese class 2, obese class 3
Obviously, the four normal BMI categories are better but today I had a small victory where I have moved down a classification!
Still a long way to go though...
