Keep me on track today

I feel like today I'm gonna need someone helping me stay on track. I've been using MFP and mostly stick to 1200 kcal a day (and I never go over 1500 if I do go over). I'm making great progress but today I've injured my back, I'm home alone with a toddler and feel a bit miserable.

I've had a coffee and some celery with hummus so far today, but I also ate some of DD's sandwich, which I shouldn't have done. I need to stay on track despite feeling crappy today. Please help!!

A bit of sandwich isn’t going to push you over the limit.
That isn’t much of a breakfast so I’m not surprised you finished her sandwich, what are you going to have for lunch & dinner?
I went over my cals yesterday thanks to a couple of glasses of Pinot Grigio, I will just eat less for the next couple of days to even things up.
Don’t stress over eating a bit of sandwich, it isn’t going to undo all your hard work. I hope your back is better soon Flowers

yea I agree with the last person, part of a sandwich won't matter my lovely. Find yourself a diversion, chat with a friend online or on the phone and watch some stuff with your toddler or on your own when he or she is busy or napping? wish I could leave details then you could chat with me to distract :)

Thank you. I had some pasta with. Tomato sauce, onions peppers and edamame beans for lunch. That was fine but I had quite a bit of chocolate after. I'll make dinner better, balance it out some more. My back feels less sore so I'm doing a gentle ride on my exercise bike. I'm not punishing myself with exercise, or trying to burn it off but every little helps!
