When you put on weight - FOR NO REASON

Ugh. It’s just the biggest slap in the face isn’t it?

I’ve lost a stone in the last couple of months but I’ve found it such a slog.

I think the biggest challenge for me is when I have another night of total sacrifice and hop on the scales in the morning...to find I’ve put on a pound!

Am I the only one this happens to?

Nope. Me too.

I’ve been daily weighing in since lockdown and I’ve figured my pattern out... I gain/won’t lose when it’s my ovulation week. Doesn’t matter how little I eat, it doesn’t budge.

The week after is fab (pre period) as I just lose!

I’m blaming it on our hormones. Grin
