I need to have a very large surgery before the end of the year but my consultant won't book it in until I lose a bit of weight
I need to loose 16.82lbs so slightly over a stone and the sooner I shift it (and can keep it off so no fad yoyo diet will do the trick) then the sooner he will book in my surgery which I'm desperate for.
I have PCOS among other issues so he has recommended the best day to lose some weight is low carb, high protein, fibre and natural fats.
I have 3 kids 4 and under and my biggest downfall is picking / snacking on kids tea when they eat and then also having an adult dinner.. plus snacking when they snack.
If anyone wants to join in, share tips or motivation please feel free. I'm going to do a weekly weigh in on a Monday.
Day One (15/06/2020) weigh in: 15st 8.2 lbs
