The early stages of lockdown saw me drinking as if I was on holiday most days. This made my sleep terrible & I was getting really quite grumpy with my family. So that had to stop.
Fast forward to today & not a drop has passed my lips for three weeks.
It feels good & I'm proud of myself.
I'm hoping that this will give me a push in the right direction towards loosing the 3 stone that I need to shift.
The problem now, is that to give myself a "treat" for not having a glass of wine of an evening, I have been eating icecream or chocolate 
So, I thought I would start posting what I'm eating & what exercise I'm doing here every day for some accountability.
