Posting for accountability

The early stages of lockdown saw me drinking as if I was on holiday most days. This made my sleep terrible & I was getting really quite grumpy with my family. So that had to stop.

Fast forward to today & not a drop has passed my lips for three weeks.
It feels good & I'm proud of myself.
I'm hoping that this will give me a push in the right direction towards loosing the 3 stone that I need to shift.

The problem now, is that to give myself a "treat" for not having a glass of wine of an evening, I have been eating icecream or chocolate Confused

So, I thought I would start posting what I'm eating & what exercise I'm doing here every day for some accountability.

Please feel free to join me if you would like to shift some weight together and share ideas X

Morning, I will join you if that is ok. I gave up smoking in February and have put on a stone on top of the two stone I needed to lose. I am feeling really fed up with myself if I'm honest. I barely recognise myself.

Forgot to say, well done not drinking alcohol for three weeks.

Morning @TodaySheSaid lovely to meet you Grin
Well done for giving up smoking that's fantastic! How did you do it?

I've just made a breakfast of chilled oats, plain yogurt & strawberries (and gallons of coffee) - trying to avoid bread.

Planning to get a quick dog walk in with the kids next before I have to start work @ my computer all day.

What are your plans for the day?
