And I've lost nothing.i have had a really good week. I'm doing the 16:8 diet, I eat between 11am - 7pm. No crap or junk, ham or chicken salad for lunch and dinner, snacks have been healthy. Tea with unsweetened almond milk no sugar, water, tummy leg and bum exercises, hooping and a 6 mile run.
Totally gutted to not even lose 1 pound. I'm not giving up ... but what am I doing wrong?
I'm mid 40s if that makes a difference
