Hi

I decluttered my Points book in a stupid fit of "Reached my goal, I'll never need that again!" - Wrong! - so now that the weight is creeping back on would some kind person please tell me the Points value of some fruits. I remember apple is half and a banana one and a half, but orange, pear, melon, kiwi, strawberrie and grapes???

Have bought a Points Calculator on Ebay and am waiting for it to arrive, but don't know if it lists these...

Many thanks!! Eaten far too much today... but have great plans to start tomorrow...

Thanks again.

IIRC orange 1 (tangies 2 for 1point) pear 1, melon large slice 1, kiwi....?1, strawberries about 5 for 1 grapes...loads! Don't quote me, I'm guesstimating....

To be honest I don't eat fruit without weighing it. I have the ww points scales and an apple has been 0.5pt or 1pt.
Bananas vary a lot in size, what you think could be a small banana can beas much as 2.5pts!
Melon is 1pt a slice whatever a slice is, strawberries 0.5pt - 150g portion. you seem to get loads more for 1pt tho,
blackberries 0.5pt-100g,
kiwi 0.5pt each
grapes usually about 12 for 1pt (not huge ones!)

Lots of melon for me then!

Thanks for your replies.
