I've been trying to lose around half a stone to a stone since Christmas. Two weeks ago I started couch to 5k and hiit. I've been doing them alternate days and according to my watch- clocking up 700-1000 calories from exercise a day. Today I've stepped on the scales and gone from 11stone 7 to 11 stone 2. I think it's mainly down to sticking to 3 meals and no snacks or alcohol for 2 weeks. I'd like to get down to 10 and a half stone.
Am I ok to keep up with using 700-1000 calories a day?
