Hiya, I’ve been tracking my weight and trying to lose some of it for a couple of months now. I’d been doing really well and thought I should start some sort of exercise too. I joined Les Mills on demand and have done 3 body combat workouts this week and been so careful with my calorie intake. I stepped on the scales this morning fully expecting a loss yet I’ve stayed the same. I’m actually so disappointed and not really sure where I’ve gone wrong. Help!
