Overeating help

I have a bit of a problem with overeating and my relationship with food generally. I eat when I’m bored, I eat sugary things when I’m tired (which is always), I eat all the time regardless of whether or not I’m hungry.

I’ve been looking at overeaters anonymous I think they’re running zoom meetings but the religious aspect puts me off and I can see me just rolling my eyes at that part and not taking in much else.

Has anyone done this or can anyone recommend support other than OA? I can’t continue to gain weight the way I am at the moment.

Download and read the obesity code and take a massive bin bag and clean your cupboards.
Not having the stuff in your house will avoid you eating them .

You need to understand that your cravings were manufactured in an office with the sole purpose of getting you hooked on them and every time you buy them you are making some manager's bonus higher.
Reward yourself. Instead of buying those snacks and bars, put the same money in a jar and at the end of the week/month use that amount for yourself. Nice earrings , a hair blow dry, ...

You can overcome this. Clean the cupboards now so tomorrow is a fresh start.
