I'm feeling really smug. Started low carbing diet on 25th June and have lost 7 lbs so far. Tried doing keto but found that really difficult. Have also been doing kettlercise most days (now that makes you sweat.).
Just wanted to post to say don't get disheartened, persevere and you will reach your goals

Thankyou. I started to take much more notice of food labels, especially carb content. Before I started low carbing properly, I actually weighed out the carbs in the food I was eating in white sugar and that was a massive shock seeing this huge pile of sugar in a bowl at the end of the day. It gave me the kick up the backside I needed to change my diet.
Doing the kettlebells has certainly helped as it is a really good fat burner, I am toning up nicely and my backache has gone.
Again, I just wanted to say, keep on going, if you persevere you will see results.
