So, after putting on the guts of a stone since lockdown, and my DP's weightloss having stalled, I managed to turn the tide using Second Nature. Have lost half a stone in 3 weeks. It is a fully supported, evidence based 12 week programme with access to group chat, a qualified nutritionist and some really fab recipes. Have to say I am really liking it so far, but interested to hear from people further on. Did the habits stick? What happens after the initial 12 weeks? Does it once again all boil down to will power and giving into to bacon sarnies on a hangover?

I did this from January 2019 when it was called Our Path. I did really well for the 12 weeks but the sustain program wasn't that good after that - hopefully they have improved it now - and I gave up.

One thing that I have kept from the system is that quite often I don't have carbs with breakfast. When I was doing it I would miss carbs from a different meal each day but I think breakfast is the easiest one to do as a habit.

Thanks for that, yeah I do wonder about sustain. I am surprised at how much I have reduced my carb and in particular sugar intake and how little I have missed it. I am the type that would easily have a crumpet sandwich with jam on. We shall see
