I have lost count of the amount of times I have done this.
I am an emotional eater, my meals are cooked from scratch and well balanced. Sadly I then ruin it by eating snacks when I am pissed off or bored or happy or sad...…

So here I am again and every time I have even more to lose. My plan is to take it in half stone chunks, I can't look at the bigger picture as it is too overwhelming and makes me want to give up.

So today is a new day and I am going to try really hard to get there this time.

If anyone has any tips that worked to keep them on track that would be great. And if anyone else would like to join me for some support that would be great too.

Started yesterday as my daughter went back to school and it's a 25 min walk each way.

Morning

Good day yesterday, not perfect eating but stayed in the 8 hour window.
@iloveredwine Getting back into a normal routine will really help I think.
I go out twice a day for a walk now. The first one only really covers the steps I would have done naturally in the past and then the second walk is my exercise for the day. It is annoying because I feel like I am doing more than I really am. If that makes sense Grin

We have got a pre booked takeaway tonight so I will have to keep an eye on my cals for the rest of the day.
I do feel better for making a start now. Just got to keep it up forever now and it will be fine !!

Thank you @Twilbury the walk to school and back twice a day does about 12000 steps so it's good exercise and nice to get back to Normal. I'm trying to eat between 11 and 7 and as I am never hungry for breakfast it's working ok so far. It stops me snacking in the evenings
as well. Ok food wise this week so far.
