How do I log an iced coffee with milk?

Using MFP.

I can't find one that's without sugar.
I had an unsweetened iced coffee with milk. 1 shot of espresso, about 200mls of whole milk I think maybe less, with some ice and slightly frothed.

How many calories would you say that is?

Can't you just log the milk?

cherrypiepie · 31/05/2020 18:46

Or create a recipe- but I would just log the milk!

HattieMid2 · 31/05/2020 18:47

Yes I just log the milk.

OneMoreLight · 31/05/2020 18:47

Can't you just log it as a normal coffee, isn't it the same ingredients but cold?

concernedforthefuture · 31/05/2020 18:51

I'd just log the 200ml milk (or whatever volume of milk you used). There are almost no calories in the coffee for the espresso but.

Ok thank you.
We bought the coffee from a local business who is doing a contactless service so not sure of the exact mls but I'll round it up! Thanks

Oh I see I though had made it- Costa iced latte is 134 cals (small) so I would go with that. For some reason always more than just the milkHmm
