My stomach is just horrendous. It's so flabby and just overall unpleasant to look at (dressed or not). The worst thing is that I am 20 months post-partum so I think it may be too late to do anything now. I've tried to check for diastasis recti but I can't tell whether I can feel a gap or not. What can I do to help reduce the size and the flabbiness of my stomach?

It took me about 3 years to lose my mum tum !
I cut out fat / sugar / salt/ caffeine and booze, dont sound much fun I know! I did " fit in 5 " ( search it on you tube ) every day and practiced planks.
I went on holiday after all this and felt really confident in my bikini.

I'm sliding back to my old ways now and trying to get rid of my lockdown belly

Wow, I applaud you for being determined to stick to it! I really need to get back into eating healthy and working out. I'm starting my intermittent fasting tomorrow and going to do short workouts daily too so I'm hoping that will help a little. Did you wear a belly band or is it too late for it now?

No I didn't wear a belly band ( not sure what that is !)
I was really determined and it was hard work , but worth it .
I did slip back a bit but was pretty happy with myself for a couple of years. Since lockdown though I have seen my belly grow!
I really recommend the " fit in 5 " workouts , very helpful.
