Hi 👋🏼. I’m pushing 15stone 1pound on the scales, and as a 5’6” woman with an 8 month old and no more excuses it’s time to change. I have never tried to lose weight before, just gone for the odd three weeks in a row at slimming world and was able to “think myself slimmer” losing half a stone each time. (Knowing full well all I had done was maybe cut out a takeaway and not eaten properly the day before weigh in and never really taking it seriously) ANYWAY I’m 7 days deep in a slim fast diet, two shakes a day... so far so good, if it wasn’t for the fact I can’t seem to make my
Evening meal not resemble the size of a buffet. I’m happy not snacking through the day so I can have a bigger dinner but this is ridiculous 😂 Anyone have any tips? Does your appetite get less?
