I definitely have a lot of knowledge about nutrition and diets.
What I am lacking is to recognize patterns I am falling in when I break them. There must be some signs I am missing because most of the time when I am stressed or bored I respond with my monkey brain.
I would appreciate any pointers, books or methods which any of you found successful.
