I need to sort out my belly, which currently makes me look as if I'm 4-5 months pregnant.
I'm otherwise small-framed and not overweight, but since hitting my mid-40's, everything is sticking to my belly.
What have you found are the best exercises for your belly? I do some cardio most days and some basic pilates, but it's no longer enough.
I could cut calories, but as I'm not overweight, I'm not sure whether that's the issue? Although it may be that everything's just gravitating to the middle. 
Note: I do have annual Ob/Gyn examinations and there's nothing wrong there so it's definitely fat, not something else.
