Hi Honey

My son is now almost 4 and I still need to shift it! Have 1 stone pre-baby weight but I was a stone overweight before that. Managed to lose it by the time he was 8 months but quickly put it all back on again.

I weighed in at 11 st 5 lb on Monday and have been doing SW since then.

Shall we try it together?

Honey, welcome to MN and to SW! You too Emma.

There's an active SW thread up and running with lots of MNers on it if you do a search. I pop on there occasionally - it's good for giving a kick up the bum!

In fact I should pay them a visit as after losing 3 stone I'm stuck! I only want to lose another half a stone but am nibbling too much.

Lot's of people never lose their 'baby weight' so well done for getting started. My DD2 is 18 months but was nearly 1 before I got my act together - haven't been this skinny (ha ha) since before DD1 though.

Good luck!

Hi thanks for replying well done laundrylover
for loosing over 3 stone perhaps you can give me some tips.

Yes Emma let's try together good idea.

I got on the scales this morning and i'm 11 st 1lb and i'm only 5'2" so I need to loose about 2 st.

Maybe we can share tips and get to grips with the SW diet sometimes I get a little confused.

At the moment I live in Brunei as my husband is in the forces so I am 7-8 hours ahead of you. I can't get the SW food out here or some of the things they suggest to eat, i'll just have to compromise.

Let's see how we all get on!!

Well for me it's easy to stick to as I'm veggie so do Green days all the time. Suits me as I can eat unlimited pasta, rice and potatoes. basically I haven't changed what I eat but I eat huge portions of free food and have stopped pigging out on carp like choc. I do still have choc but one bar and make it last.
I'm still bfing an 18 month old which has helped as can have my full syn allowance.
I don't think you really need to buy any speacial food as long as you can buy plenty of fruit and veg and lean meat/fish if you're a carnivore.
Can you get on the website? The password this week is Toffee so you can have a good explore!
