Recently I have been aiming for a calorie deficit to aid my weight loss but upping it a bit on a Sunday to allow myself a treat if I have been doing well through the week.
I use my fitness pal to track my intake. We've been given these in a little gift hamper and I'm not sure what brand they are. They are 30g but I assume they must be from a multipack as they have no nutritional value on the individual bars. They look a bit like Tunnocks but I don't think they are and I would really like to be able to log it properly.
Anyone know where they might be from? Pic attached.
