Exactly what the title says. I'm currently 5ft 4, 16st 4lbs Blush I had my implant removed on Thursday so I hope that'll give my snail speed weight loss a kick up the bum Grin

How are you planning on doing it OP? I think there's a 5 week low carb bootcamp starting on MN if you are interested. I have 2 stone to lose and just started intermittent fasting combined with low carb. I read up on insulin resistance and this seems the best option for me (Dr Jason Fung, Diet Doctor website). I'm guessing that 2 stone will take 4-5 months and I'm the same height as you. I'm thinking of it in half stone milestones. Thanks to Covid-19 I'm also aiming for all low GI foods.

Just bog standard calorie counting. I don't get on too fantastically with low carb. I'm joggiing about 25-30km a week too

It really depends, it took me about a year the first time, and 5 months the second. The second time it was following the birth of DS though so lost quite a bit naturally! I did start to feel better both times in myself fairly quickly though, so although it felt really great to reach my healthy weight I felt the benefits a lot sooner, and tried not to get too discouraged on the weeks the scales didn't move much.

Yes, that's a good point about not getting discouraged if the scales don't move much. Taking regular waist measurements helps for me and knowing my body is getting healthier. Well done on running so much OP. I'm just a beginner at C25K. If you don't eat those exercise calories you should be in deficit calories easily. What are your downfalls?
