Just wanting some advice, I've been on a diet for about 2 weeks now loosing weight slowly. I woke up this morning and the scales said I was 6 pounds heavier than i was yesterday I know weight fluctuates but I thought that might be a bit much and my scales could be broken? I've been drinking 5 pints of water a day. Its getting me down as I've been trying so hard and I was so happy when I lost 10 pounds; then to wake up one morning and put on 6 over night ?
